The apartment can accommodate 2 adults with a surface area of 60 m2. The bedroom is 20 m2 and has a double four-poster bed, desk, TV and storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, large oven and island with ceramic hob, allowing you to cook facing the sea so you don't miss a thing of this sumptuous spectacle. Meals are served on a table extending from the island.

Your private 8 m2 swimming pool, built into the living room, has 2 punch bars with underwater seating, so you can enjoy your favorite drink while watching the sunset. If you want to relax even further, a simple press of a button triggers a powerful whirlpool massage.

In the lounge or sunbathing area, you can choose to sit in the shade or in the sun, always facing the sea.

The bathroom has a courtyard facing the large Italian shower.

A shaded, tiled bench, facing the sea, lets you put down your beach gear.... This bench and the private parking lot are the only areas shared by the 2 apartments.
